Focus: Building Control Database

We've been working with Quadrant Building Control since 2007. In 2016, 23ccc embarked on developing Quadrant's bespoke building control database. The application manages their projects from initial enquiry through to Final Certificate allowing Project Managers to keep record of their Inspections and Administrators to invoice - all directly from one application.


Example solutions

Healthcare – order specification and product procurement system for mobility equipment

The application was required to allow assessors to specify mobility equipment in clinics around the UK. We developed a solution that reduces paperwork and time but handles the procurement process from order through to delivery. This particular solution integrates directly with the specialist accounts package to ensure budgets are maintained.

Building Control – complete Line-of-Business Application

Currently with 15 offices around England and Wales – we were asked to provide a web-based solution to help the organisation manage their business as they spread-out across the UK. Currently used by 100 employees, the system handles all aspects of work from proposal, project management, reporting, notifications through to invoicing and credit control. This ‘platform’ continues to grow as more and more features are integrated.

Commercial Plumbing Company – Work Management System

We were asked to developed a web-based application to allow the company to create jobs, allocate and schedule work to engineers, handle timesheets and certificate generation. An extra benefit of this system is the feature that allows their clients to book work directly into the system which ensures complete transparency.

Focus: Mango

Once upon a time we had a sheet of paper... then we grew a Mango. Mango is 23ccc's back office system - a web application. It tracks all our jobs, stages of the jobs, integrates with invoicing, tracks time, it can email and much more.

Development process & pricing

Our bespoke applications are developed for the needs of the client. For the majority of our services, there are no per user license fees. Each project carries a development cost but nothing ongoing except for your server costs and perhaps ad-hoc support and additional requirement changes.
